1Q: How do I buy products from here?

Answer: It's the same as shopping any where else online!

Once you have everything in your shopping cart, go to “Proceed to Checkout.” If you haven’t purchased from Weed Truck before, you will ned to register with your first and last name, email and then create a password. You'll need to confirm your email and then log back in.

Once you're logged back in, go to your shopping cart (top right hand side of the screen), and confirm the shipping address, name, email, notes, and contact number and click "Place Order." At the Checkout Confirmation page, you’ll see instructions on howto send an Interac e-Transfer.

Orders will ship once the e-Transfers have been received by Weed Truck's email, and will be ship within 1 business day via Canada Post. You'll receive a tracking number to track your package while it is in transit. If you are scared that your weed may get stolen, please request "Signature Required" (which costs extra), but this will ensure that someone at your residence may receive your package.

We only ship to Canadian addresses and to people 19+ years of age.

2Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?

Answer: We currently only ship to Canadian addresses, and to those that are 19+ years in age.

To shoppers that do not meet this criteria, we appreciate your interest and please follow on on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for any updates to changes in our policies and procedures.

3Q: When will you ship my item?

Answer: All orders and payment received by 9:00am / 0900h PST will be shipped via Xpress Post the next business day. If we receive your order and payment after 9am / 0900h PST, your order will be shipped the next business day.

4Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We take secure payments with Interac e-Transfer.

Most banks and credit unions in Canada have this as an option when you open an account. We provide instructions on how to send your payment via Interac e-Transfer during Checkout.

We ship orders once payment from Interac e-Transfer has been received and the order processed by us (sorry, no exceptions).

5Q: How do I send an INTERAC e-Transfer?

Answer: Login to your online banking account and look for the option to "Send Money."

6Q: What if I forget (or don't) send payment after Checking Out?

7Q: I haven't received my purchase yet, what do I do?

Answer: If you don’t get your package after 2 days from your expected delivery date, contact us.

We really try to hard to provide a great service with affordable pricing, and sometimes there are unforeseen issues that arise which are out of our control.

It is Canada Post's policy to wait 30 days before it can be deemed loss. Canada Post will also create a case which may take 5 business days to reach a conclusion.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if your order is marked as delivered when tracking. Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address. Let us know if you have a Community Mailbox and we will send it with a "Signature Required" condition. All purchases are at the risk of buyer.

8Q: My item says "Successfully Delivered", but I haven't received my item yet?

Answer: There are two possible reasons:

a) The postal worker delivered the package to a wrong mailbox.

b) The postal worker scanned the package as “successfully delivered,” but it will actually be delivered the next business day.

Canada Post says: An investigation can be done by contacting the addressee to confirm that the delivery took place or to better understand how they receive their mail. The front desk can be checked, mail room, or security room at the address to see if the package was accepted by someone else on the behalf of the addressee. Areas to check: Community mail box. Around the location to see if the package was left in another location. The mail box should also be checked. In some instances, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you believe that the addressee has received the package before we contact you, reply to this email and indicate that the item has been received.
